By using this website and submitting requests to Aetherpoint Cyber, you agree to the terms described below.

Service requests

Submitting a form on this website is a service request — not a confirmed appointment, engagement, or contract. No service is confirmed until Aetherpoint Cyber contacts you and an agreement is in place.

Security testing authorization

All penetration testing and security assessments require explicit written authorization and a defined scope. Aetherpoint Cyber does not perform unauthorized testing. Submitting a request does not constitute authorization to begin testing.

Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are starting prices or ranges. Final pricing depends on scope, environment, and service agreement. Custom pricing is quoted after assessment.

Payment terms

All services require a 50% down payment before work can commence. The remaining 50% is due after Aetherpoint Cyber completes the agreed-upon task or service.

Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. The only exception is if the client received services other than those agreed upon, in which case Aetherpoint Cyber will work with the client to resolve the issue.

No guarantees

Aetherpoint Cyber does not guarantee specific response times unless a response time is specifically configured in a service agreement. Technology and security outcomes cannot be guaranteed absolutely.
